Its the cheapest premium -.49 - over spot on Apmex.. Which is about what it was when silver was in the 17-18's

I would not do it. Just pay the premium for 1 oz rounds bars 5 & 10 oz and be done with it for .999%

I guess it depends if you plan on selling it back to APMEX or not and what they would be willing to pay for it. Buy sell spread.

Good luck trying to trade silver shot in any sort of SHTF situation. Personally I would strongly resist it myself on any sort of trade.
